Features

Belt merging is a technique with numerous advantages. Those include significant output capacity, maximum preservation of nutritional value in forage crop, reduced wear on pick-up and cutting component on harvesting machines. The Kuhn Merge Maxx 902 windrow merger has been designed to pick up the entire forage crop thanks to the Windguard. This causes easy forage movement without ground contact which reduces stone contamination in the windrow. It also provides a wide choice of delivery to allow for optimum adaptation to the forage volume. Another benefit is it produces uniform windrows with reels above the pick-up and it is now possible to add a windrow curtain for precise windrow calibration. Other features include a 9.10 m pick-up width for outstanding output speed, in-cab controls, hydraulic adjustment for pick-up height, excellent maneuverability thanks to steerable wheels, and is compact for simple transport.
