Kuhn HRB 302 D power harrows are a part of the 102 D Series, which will prove their value through their reliability, performance, and durability. They also provide the same work quality, design, and manufacturing level as top range models. The benefits of these tools include no compromises regarding quality of work, easily adjustable to adapt to variable conditions, and reduced maintenance and operating costs.

With working widths between 8’2” and 9’10” and a maximum 140 horsepower, the HRB 102 D series has a simple design with total reliability. The strong rotor drivetrain is fully protected by a rigid gearbox. With seedbed preparation, the HRB 102 D power harrows allow for small clods on top, fine soil around the seed, in-depth packing, and exact leveling to ensure even germination.

Duplex Gearbox

A robust design whether the soil is hard or crumbly. Achieve well mixed soils thanks to interchangeable gears on the Duplex gearbox. The whole driveline is protected by a friction slip clutch fitted as standard or a cam-type cut-out clutch as an option. The rear PTO shaft comes standard on all Kuhn power harrows.

Highly Resilient Design

The hitch is made from a shaped and welded triangular steel plate. This helps ensure longevity in all soils and conditions.

Perfect Finish

The shape of the side deflectors provides efficient ground guidance and channeling to ensure a good finish between passes.

Depth Control

Roller height is easily adjusted with a simple to use multi-hole and stop-pin selector. The HRB 102 D Series comes with a large choice of rollers to meet your depth control needs. For dry, non-sticky soils, the HRB 102 D Series can be equipped with the Crumbler or Maxicrumbler roller. For compact, silty or sticky soils the Packer 2 or Maxipacker rollers would be most efficient. The Steelliner or Packliner rollers are also available on the HRB 302 D power harrow.

Compact and Robust Housing

The casing, bearings and tine holders form a compact and very robust unity, reducing twisting forces on the housing. The small distance between casing and tine holders prevents stones from getting jammed and the soil flow is directed completely towards the blades’ working area so that all soil is worked, ensuring a constant high level of work quality.
